1. Turning Design Concepts into Manufacturable Products

The project began with the client's design drawings and reference photographs.

Yijiao developed shop drawings for review and worked through multiple rounds of revisions based on feedback from the brand design team. During this process, the client also requested a change from acrylic to polycarbonate (PC) panels for the light boxes.

We updated the relevant specifications and provided samples to support material approval. To help confirm the visual details, our team prepared paint color samples and UV printing proofs for review before production.

2. Custom Fabrication for Different Signage Specifications

The light boxes used waterproof LED modules supplied by Lanjing, while the neon elements were fabricated as waterproof acrylic neon signs.
