Production Process

Prepare the drawing with size, process, crafts, and special requirements. Production starts only after customer confirmation.

Create a machine-readable file, split the product, and assign each part to the correct department for production.

Cut stainless steel, acrylic, or other materials precisely according to the production file provided for the project.

Engrave or cut acrylic, aluminum, or other materials according to the approved production file specifications.

Bend and fold the side parts according to the design file, ensuring slots and curves match the required shape.

Weld the side and return parts to the face accurately to ensure the overall shape, stability, and quality of the letters.

Smooth all welding spots, remove gaps, and polish the surface to achieve a flawless mirror-like finish.

Apply vinyl to the face and return of letters according to the confirmed model and pattern provided by the customer.

Paint the letters carefully and evenly, following the customer-approved color reference and painting specifications.

Place painted letters in the drying room to ensure the paint dries completely and achieves maximum firmness.

Install LEDs according to the drawing, selecting suitable LEDs and arranging wiring to ensure even brightness across letters.

Perform a reliability and stability test on the assembled LEDs before final assembly and delivery to the customer.

Provide a 1:1 scale template with the letters to make installation easier, faster, and more accurate at the site.

Check quantity, quality, and craftsmanship of all letters based on process steps, ensuring each detail meets standards.

Verify letters on the 1:1 template including screws, transformers, and accessories, and take photos for records.

Choose the appropriate packing method based on letter shape and transport method to prevent any possible damage during delivery.
