I would like to get a quote, what do I need to send you?
Three things are necessary for us to give you a quote:
1. Drawing or picture of your sign (ideally a vector drawing such as eps. cdr. dwg. etc)
2. The size of your sign
3. The light effect (front lit, side lit,back lit or a combination of those?) Or you can choose the type from our catalog.
We will send you a quotation within 24 hours after having those information.
If you are unsure of your project specifications , get in touch with us and we will be happy to discuss the details with you!
What is your Lead Time & Guarantee?
After getting your order and approval of the final drawings, your will receive your sign 15 days after. If you are urgent, please tell us and we will try to suit your needs.
Our signs have a 2 year warranty, so if a letter has any problems during this period we will send you a new one free of charge.
How are Sign Letters Installed?
What are your payment terms?
We ask for a 50% upfront payment to start production. It can be paid via wire transfer, The balance payment will be needed before the shipment.
How do you ship your Sign letters?
Our letters are shipped straight from our factory to you via DHL ,UPS or FedEx Express. This is the fastest way to ship our signs.
Once your sign is picked-up at our factory, you receive an e-mail with the tracking number so you can know the location of your box at all times.
