Choose the type of Luminous effect, size, material and specifications that you need and we will put together a quote for you. If you need help deciding or have questions, call or email us and our sign experts will help you in selecting the signage that is right for you. When the offer did not meet your budget, we can also adjust the process. Once you approved the price we will move on to the sign layout and payment.
LAYOUT
CAD team spend 1-2 days to make engineering drawing based on your vector drawing combining the requesting process once you placed order.
You can make changes or suggestions slightly as needed and we will modify until it is to your liking. When the sign layout is correct,we will need your approval by email or sign back on the drawing. We will not begin to produce until getting your approve about the drawing.
PAYMENT
Once placed order, it is necessary to arrange advance payment and finish balance prior to ship. For payment, we accept T.T, Western Union, paypal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, etc.
PRODUCTION
In order to ensure manufacturing correctly,no matter one piece order, or bull order, not only CAD team make drawing for your confirm, but also make a series of manufacturing drawing. The manufacturing documents are send to different producing team like engraving team, sheet metal team and lase cutting team.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: We provide 1 year warranty for all letters,and LED is 2 years, but the span life is over 3 years.
If you require 3 years or more, we can also reach it.
Q: Do you have CE/UL certificate?
A: All our led and transformer are CE/UL certificated. We can also produce sign based on UL standard.
Q: What machines do you have in your factory?
Do you make the products in your factory or you do it as subcontract?
A: We have our own factory, and advanced machine including CNC, laser cut machine,welding machine, bending machine, etc.
we make them by ourselves, but for some special treatment we do it with the subcontractor.
Q: Do you have price list?
A: All of our products are customized,so we haven’t price list.
We will quote based on your design or drawing,similar product photo, if you have them.
Q: Are your products suitable for outdoors?
A: Yes, all our acrylic letters and metal luminous letters come with the trusted CE certificated and are suitable for wet locations. And all of our metal letters use UL certificated led module. All letters are waterproof.
Q: What’s the volt?
A: We have 12V and 24V 2 different led,but normally we use 12V.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be low.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according
to real situation.
Q: Do you have any letters in stock?
A: All our products are customized and we only have the finished samples and sample box in stock.
Q: What’s the mounting way?
A: We will supply you the install guide, screw, 1:1 template with sign together. When you get the sign,you can follow the guide to install step by step.
Q: Which express company are you cooperating with?
How long does it usually take you to make delivery?
A: We are cooperating with DHL and FedEx, it takes 3-5 working days.
For big quantity or large size, we can also manage shipping via air cargo or sea shipping. If you choose shipment by air, it usually takes one week, if by sea, it takes about one month.
In either case,we will provide the most economical and suitable plan for you.
