Are you the manufacturer?
We are professional signage OEM/ODM manufacturer. Our factory is based in Kunshan since 2008, China and covers the area nearly 5000㎡. There are total about 70 people in our workshop.

What machines do you have in your factory?Do you make the products in your factory or you do it as subcontract?
We have our own factory, and advanced machine including CNC, laser cut machine,welding machine, bending machine, etc.we make them by ourselves, but for some special treatment we do it with the subcontractor.
About Our PRODUCTS
I'd like a quote,what should I provide?
There are three things we need to know to be able to send you a quote: · We need a vectorized file (PDF, EPS, CAD, etc..) · We need to knowthe exact dimensions of your sign. · Describe the lighting effect you want for your sign (Front,Side or back lighting,etc.). Could you help us design the sign and provide prototypes?
Yes, our design team can help you design using CAD, SolidWorks, AI, etc. For custom projects, we may construct a prototype for your review, depending on the project. Consult your design specialist for more information.
Do you have CE/UL certificate?
All our led and transformer are CE/UL certificated. We can also produce sign with UL lable.
Do you have price list?
All of our products are customized,so we haven’t price list.
We will quote based on your design or drawing,similar product photo, if you have them.
What’s the mounting way?
We will supply you the install guide, screw, 1:1 template with sign together.
When you get the sign,you can follow the guide to install step by step.
What's your minimum order？
The minimum order is 1 piece
About Our SERVICES
What are your guarantees?
Our products come with a 1-year warranty. Any issues resulting from manufacturer defects qualify for a refund or replacement during this period. Please note, damage caused by improper use or inadequate care of the products is the responsibility
of the user.
How long about the lead time ?
Once you’ve placed your order and approved the technical drawings , it will take 12 working days for production and 3-7 days for shipment by express .
What is your payment term?
We accept T/T, PayPal, and Alibaba Insurance. A 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipment. Orders totaling less than $1000 USD require full advance payment.
Which shipping methods do you provide?
We offer various shipping methods, including boat shipping, air shipping, and express shipping. Our partnered express services include DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be low.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
What type of products can
you produce?
We can produce standard front lit, reverse (halo lit) and front/back lit letters. We can produced the cans for open face channel letters, but we no longer produce neon illumination. All of our channel letter types are illuminated with LED, and we can also supply non-illuminated letters.We can make cut letter，channel letter，LED sign , neon sign，light box, window display.
